Realtime captioning is the process by which the spoken word is transcribed and merged with a visual image; for example, TV captioning. Other uses of captioning occur at athletic events, conventions and corporate events. Captioning is especially
useful for large events where the speaker’s image is projected onto JumboTron screens. Poor acoustics, echoes and audience members holding side conversations all distract people from hearing your message. Captioning helps audiences pay attention.
We use only Court Reporters who pass our quality standards and prefer Nationally Certified over non-certified Court Reporters.

We use the same quality standards when we transcribe DVD’s, CD’s and VHS tapes originally produced without captions as we do for Realtime Captioning.
We use the most qualified transcribers for your individual needs, including Captioners, CART providers and Court Reporters. Audio files can be uploaded via Dropbox or a secure FTP site or, soon, to our app!
Time is money – allow us to save you time by transcribing your audio files!
